“When I first started the Ready Set Go meal prep program, I needed a program that would control my daily meals, portion sizes, and cut down significantly on the snacking that I was doing.
I was graduating law school and beginning to prep for the bar exam in May 2018, so another benefit of the meal prep program was that I only had to dedicate 2-3 hours one day a week to meal prepping- which freed up a ton of time during the week for staying on my study track.
I primarily joined because I knew I was severely out of shape and was aware that exercise only does so much if your diet is out of whack. I previously tried doing weight watchers but felt deprived and felt lost. The biggest advantage to this program is that it provides you an entire days’ worth of healthy meals.
From May 2018 to January 2019 I have lost approximately 35 pounds! Still a work in progress but I am incredibly happy with the results thus far!”

Personally, you have taken the stress of “oh man, what do I fix for my family tonight???” completely out of my picture.
Our meals are planned, nutritional content written out, and the guesswork of what to fix is gone. Each night has become a time to spend together instead of isolating myself in the kitchen while the kiddos run around the house.
As for our toddler and his aversion to veggies, I couldn’t believe he ate your chili recipe and it had no fewer than 4 new vegetables he had never been willing to try before.
The ways my family has benefited from you and your weekly program are nothing short of awesome... My husband has lost 20 pounds since Jan 1st, my gymnast daughter is eating more protein, my weightlifting son is finally getting enough calories and the baby is being introduced to a variety of new foods that will set him up for a lifetime of great nutrition! My heart is so happy.
